This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and
Oorja Software. By using the software, you agree to be bound by the
terms of this agreement.

AGREEMENT TO LICENSE AND TERMS

By using this product, you indicate your agreement to the terms of this document.
Evaluation and Registration
----------------------------

This software may be used for evaluation purposes for a maximum period of 30 days
from the date of installation. If the user uses or wishes to use the software
after the 30-day evaluation period, he/she must either purchase a license to
continue using the software, or remove it from his/her system. Unregistered use
of this software after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of this
license and the international copyright laws, under which the software is protected.

You may use a single registered copy of the software in either of the
following manners, but not both :
- You may install and use the copy on a single computer ONLY, or
- You may install and use the copy on any number of computers, provided you
are the sole user of that copy.
You may distribute the original, unmodified versions of this software, but you are
prohibited from charging for such copies. You may not modify, sub-license,
rent or lease this software without the prior permission of the author. You
MUST NOT share/distribute the registration/license key obtained for your copy
of the software, with/to anyone.
